Refund Policy
To refund or exchange an item, please contact us for the correct address to mail your item to.
In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and undamaged in any way. You also must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund if the requirements for doing so are met. You will be notified of the status of your refund at this time. Funds will be refunded to the original payment method on file. For credit card payments please allow 5 to 10 business days for funds to show up on your statement.
Gift cards, on sale, and discounted items are not eligible for refunds and/or exchanges.
